Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase depending on the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

For customers in the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA), and other jurisdictions where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, unless an exception applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify me by email at suemistore@outlook.de before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the withdrawal form available on my website, but this is not mandatory.

If you withdraw from the contract, I will reimburse all payments received for the returned item, including standard delivery charges where required by applicable law, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been shipped back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where excluded by applicable law, including but not limited to:

Custom-made or personalized products manufactured according to your specifications.
Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Any other products for which the right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
